SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 20 – Hydro Technologies
LCC sued Elizabeth Dunn
seeking an injunction to
enforce non-competition and
confidentiality
covenants.
On April 20, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

The
plaintiff runs environmental
and food testing labs,
Specified Testing Labs LCC.
It cites the
Defend Trade Secrets Act, 18
USC Section 1836. Judge
Broderick denied its motion
for a preliminary injunction
and gave Dunn until May 9 to
answer, move or otherwise
respond to the complaint.
