SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 14 – Jesse Sprague
sued Amtrak and now will be
deposed on November 8.
On
October 14 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge
Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cote said
that, given the deposition,
fact discovery would close the
next day on November 9.
She said SDNY
Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang
would be available, then that
a pre-trial order would be due
on January 21, 2022.
