SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 20 – Repeat Americans with
Disabilities Act litigant
Stuart Finkelstein on behalf
of his oft-client Dino
Antolini on January 20
appeared again before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla,
asking for sanctions for
defendants who "continue to
perpetuate a tohubohu to
escape complying with the
law." Inner City Press covered
the proceeding.
At issue
was discovery, on which Judge
Failla ordered depositions of
Hui and Wang on February 9,
and on February 11 of Mr.
Crable.
The case is
Antolini v. N Corporation, et
