By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 14 – Raven Diaz was a carver at the Marriott at 1535 Broadway in Manhattan and told them she had depression. She was told to "smile more." She sued.

On December 14, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox held a discovery conference. Inner City Press covered it.

The plaintiff is seeking records about coffee break events and the messages of Hasiel Gusman, Vanessa Anderson, Matt Brady, "Dolores," Jackie Acerno, "Kevin," "Xye" and Rick Genero.

The case is  Diaz v. Marriott International, Inc., 19-cv-3865 (Nathan / Fox)
