SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 20 – Savills sued 4Front
Ventures Corp for not paying
it for lobbying work for
commercial cannabis
cultivation.
On May 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Vyskocil asked the parties to
think carefully about the
implications of marijuana
still be illegal at the
Federal level.
She set a next
status conference for August
11 at 10:30 am, with a joint
status letter due a week
before that.
The case is
Savills Inc. v. 4Front
Ventures Corp., 22-cv-685
(Vyskocil)
