SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 26 – Andre Pauwels sued
the Bank of New York Mellon
Corporation for theft of his
model to analyze the energy
sector.
On April
26, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Ronnie Abrams held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The BONY
lawyer said the sides are so
far apart that paying for
mediation doesn't make sense.
The lawyer
for the plaintiff said, Why
move toward litigation if to
BONY the case is so small?
Judge
Abrams said she will schedule
a next conference in
September.
The case is
Pauwels v. Bank of New York
Mellon Corporation et al.,
19-cv-2313 (Abrams)
