SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 16 – ZURU
(Singapore) PTE., Ltd owns a
trademark Bunch O Balloons,
and is suing for misuse of
it.
On July 20,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Zuru's lawyer
explained the harm to his
client.
A defense

being sought and granted, he
needed more time for his next
filing.

to December 16, when Judge
Ramos held another proceeding
and Inner City Press again
covered it. Now the Mings WQ
and Ruou defendants have
appeared and gotten a schedule
to move to dissolve the
preliminary injunction: moving
papers by December 30,
replying January 20, 2020.
The case is ZURU
(Singapore) PTE., Ltd. et al
v. The Individuals,
Corporations, Limited
Liability Companies,
Partnerships, and
Unincorporated Associations
Identified on Schedule A
hereto, 21-cv-5908 (Ramos)
