SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 17 – Marie Verne has sued
her employer the NYC
Department of Education and
officials of FDR High School
in Brooklyn for age and
disability
discrimination.
On November 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Arguable
ineffective service of process
arose.
There is a case
management plan now saying
discovery should be completed
not by May 16, 2022 but but
June 3.
The case is Verne
v. New York City Department Of
Education, et al., 21-cv-5427
(Cronan)
