(Singapore) PTE., Ltd owns a
trademark Bunch O Balloons,
and is suing for misuse of
it.
On August
25, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Jesse M. Furman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Zuru's lawyer
explained the harm to his
client (as Zuru did to SDNY
Judge Ramos in a similar cash

Judge
Furman established a schedule
for filings, involving
Alibaba, Amazon, eBay and
banks, and letters to folllow.
