SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 1 – Maria Jose Pizzaro
sued Euros El Tina Restaurant
Lounge and Billiards Corp. of
500 West 207th Street for
sexual harassment and
abuse.
On April 29, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

In the
complaint, Pizzaro sayd that
Defendant Quezada "would press
his penis against her butt and
he grabbed Ms. Pizarro."
Judge
Hellerstein asked if the
parties would consent to trial
before a Magistrate Judge.
They agreed.
