SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 10 – American Lecithin
Company sued Carsten Matthias
Rebmann in 2012 in a dispute
over lecithin products. Now
Rebmann's lawyer wants to
retire.
On May 10, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Vernon S.
Broderick held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The
retiring attorney Samuel
Goldman said Rebmann has told
him he's busy the next few
months.
Judge
Broderick over Rebmann to
attend, by phone, on July 13
and to try to find another
lawyer by then. He released
Goldman - though he made still
be on the July 13 call.
The case is
American Lecithin Company et
al v. Rebmann, 12-cv-929
(Broderick)
