SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 22 – Red Rock Sourcing, a
manufactuers of Urbane Bath
and Body hand sanitizer said
to be useful in the COVID-19
pandemic, sued International
Distributors LCC for rip off
its brand.
On November 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
complaint notes that Red
Rock's hand sanitizer was
placed through Rigz in
Flying J Truck Stops and
Love's Truck Stops, and
elsewhere.
Now
at issue is a deposition that
had been set to take place in
Mexico City but no longer, as
well as subpoenas to Rigz.
The case is Red
Rock Sourcing LLC, et al v.
JGX, LLC et al., 21-cv-1054
(Cronan)
