SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 4 – George Iloulian is
charged with understating the
value of apparel imported into
the US by his
company.
On
May 4, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul G. Gardephe
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Iloulian's
lawyer said he wants to accept
responsibility, but the amount
of loss had yet to be agreed
it. The matter is said to be
at Main Justice for the next
month.
Judge
Gardephe set a next conference
for June 15, and said he hope
it is resolved by then. It is
similar to the US v. Joseph
Bailey case Inner City Press
previously covered, here
This case is US
v. Iloulian, 21-cr-579
(Gardephe)
