SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 22 – Jermal Lincoln
is charged with being a felon
in possession of ammunition,
to wit, four G.F.L. 9-mm Luger
bullets.
On July 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Lincoln's Federal Defender
withdraw, to be replaced by
the day's duty CJA lawyer.
Before the
withdrawal, Lincoln pleaded
not guilty to the charges. The
next proceeding is in
September.
