SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 16 – Janette Ajasin was
hit by a bus on Bruckner
Boulevard near Morrison Avenue
in The Bronx on May 17, 2018.
She
sued.
On May 14, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
defendants have requested
Ajasin's "social media
records," and cite New York
State law.
They have been
given until July 20 to file a
motion for summary judgment.
The case is
Ajasin v. Ortiz et al.,
