paying overtime.

U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Vernon S. Broderick held
a conference. Inner City Press

Judge Broderick
ordered the parties to file a
case management plan by June 3
- and by July 1, to report on
their efforts to determine
whether Defendants employed
Plaintiff(s).
