U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jed S. Rakoff held an
arraignment. Inner City Press

Rakoff, who this week has been
presiding over the Eaze
marijuana bank fraud trial of
Weigand and Akhavan, set a
fast trial date of April 16,
with motions if any due by
April 12.
