July 27 – Omar Holdings
sued Sami Omar of Nevada on a
$9 million promissory
note.
On July 27, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Omar
Holding has trying to get a
order for pre-judgment
attachment and expedited
discovery. Judge Ramos
inquired into the basis, and
then denied those requests.
