SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 16 – Darwin Columna
says that NYPD officers
planted drugs on him, used a
taser on him and cut off his
rosary necklace without his
consent.
On July 16, U.S.
District Court of the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Aaron extended discovery
until September 18; he
admonished Columna that he has
to answer the defendants'
discovery requests or face
sanctions.
The case is
Columna v. Gomez et al.,
19-cv-3801 (Vyskocil / Aaron)
