SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 10 – A Cimbali
espresso machine sent a deluge
of water from the
Milles-Feuille Bakery Cafe at
552 LaGuardia Place in NYC
into NY Pilates at the same
address on July 5, 2016.
On June
10, 2020, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah L. Cave held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
More time was
sought to serve Cimbali SPA
pursuant to the Hague
Convention on the Service
Abroad of Extrajudicial
Documents. And so another
conference was scheduled for
August 5.
The case is
Continental Casualty Company
v. Dessyn Bakery Corp., et
al., 19-cv-6193 (Cave).
