SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 26 – InspiRX
sued Lupin Atlantis Holdings
for failing to market and sell
InspiraChamber products. Now
there is a dispute about
documents publicly filed into
the docket and soon to
disappear, at least
temporarily.
On October
26 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Cronan asked why the documents
had been filed publicly, and
said they can be considered
for sealing or redaction.
To his credit he
has asked for more information
and argument on this. But what
about the public?
The case is
InspiRX Inc. v. Lupin Atlantis
Holdings SA, 20-cv-3214
(Cronan)
