SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 29 – VNUE has been sued;
it is a music technology
company that records live
concerts and sells the content
to consumers. It also issued
the promissory notes on which
it is being sued.
On June 27,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Valerie
Figueredo held a proceeding.

Judge
Figueredo extended discovery,
to October 14. Then the
District Judge, Vernon S.
Broderick, postponed his
post-discovery conference from
September 23 to October 21.
