SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 23 – Hectronic GmbH, which
made made equipment and
software for parking systems
for thirty years, has sued its
affiliate, Hectronic USA
Corporation.
On May 21, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Louis L.
Stanton held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge
Stanton said, as he does, that
the best way to move a case
forward is to start taking
depositions under oath.
He said
depositions should be
completed by January 21, 2020,
with a conference on March 11,
2021.
In the interim,
there is a referral to
Magistrate Judge James L.
Cott.
The case is
Hectronic GmbH et al v.
Hectronic USA Corp. et al.,
20-cv-2964 (Stanton /
Cott)
