SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 2 – Simeon Frith is
charged with violations of
supervised release, including
contacting a victim he was
ordered not to
contact.
On
November 2 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Denise L. Cote
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
Assistant US Attorney worked
through phone records showing
the contacts. But in an August
proceeding the calls were
described, and Frith in a
handwritten letter to Judge
Cote stamped Received on
October 19 acknowledges it.
The government is
asking for remand for one
year.
The case is
US v. Frith, 15-cr-42
(Cote)
