SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 15 – Capri Sun GmbH sued
American Beverage Corporation
for use of its trademarked
Capri Sun beverage pouch
design.
On
March 15, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Paul A. Engelmayer
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Initially the
complaint was sealed. Even now
in the docket there are major
redactions. Now Daubert
motions are due May 14, and
motions for summary judgment
are due May 14.
