SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 23 – Dina Marisol Romero
Ramirez worked for, and has
now sued, Christopher Baldwin
and Rosario Baldwin who reside
at 11 E. 87th Steet in
Manhattan. She was a
housekeeper not paid
overtime.
On February
23, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl
convened a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
At first
the Baldwin's lawyer was not
present. Plaintiff's counsel
contacted him, while saying
his adversary is usually
responsive.
When he arrived,
he apologized, and it was
accepted. But still, what
about the claim(s)?
The case is
Romero Ramirez et al. v.
Baldwin et al., 20-cv-4991
(Koeltl)
