By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 8 – 58 East Partners, LLC sued Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company after Con Ed turned off the gas in its building at 58 East 1st Street, due to construction damage.

On March 8, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff, who is presiding over a criminal jury trial involving Wirecard, paused it at 11:15 am and held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Rakoff said discovery is due July 26, with a final pre-trial conference on September 14.

The case is 58 East Partners, LLC v. Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company, 21-cv-971 (Rakoff)
