SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 28 – Andrew Kudera worked
as Chief Actuarial Officer for
Bermuda-based Aspen Insurance
U.S. Services, Inc. until the
position was eliminated. Then
they kept his $325,000
co-investment. He sued.
On July 28, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
complaint also references a
$100,00 penalty for
disparagement.
On July 28,
"the parties reached
settlement in principle."
They have been
directed to submit in writing
their application for a stay.
