SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 22 – Lili's 57 Asian
Cuisine & Sushi Bar has
been sued for failing to pay
minimum wage and
overtime.
On June 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Caproni told the parties they
had yet to show an ability or
willingness to play well
together. She said the
discovery deadlines are real,
and set another conference for
September 24.
The case is Chen
v. Lilis 200 West 57th Corp.
et al., 19-cv-7654 (Caproni)
