SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 21 – Guillermo Ignacio and
others sued Moustache Pitza
Pitza of 90 Bedford Avenue,
Manhattan, for not paying
minimum wage or overtime. Then
they settled, or proposed
settlement.
On December 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Cronan zeroed in a provision
of the Settlement Agreement
entield "No Future Employment,
saying it was contrary to, for
example, Zakanovic v.
Augies Prime Cut of
Westchester, Inc.,
19-cr-8216 (Karas).
A new
settlement agreement will be
submitted, no January 4th but
January 10.
