June 4 – Sandra Nieves sued
Rockmore Contracting
Corporation and Michael
McGuire for sexual harassment.
On June 3,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press went and covered
it.
Nieves' complaint
details "vulgar and vile
remarks about her menstrual
cycle."
Judge Hellerstein
set deadlines for depositions
(June 27 for Nieves) and a
next conference for August 19.
