SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 8 – You Can Beam
LLC hired, for promotion, Josh
Brueckner as "MMA fighter and
social media influencer."
Then according to
Brueckner's complaint they
engaged in unauthorized use of
picture in violation of New
York Civil Rights Law Section
51.
On March 8, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jed S. Rakoff, who is
presiding over a criminal jury
trial involving Wirecard, held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Rakoff repeatedly had to ask
counsel to answer his
questions.
Finally he
thanked both sides from their
arguments and said he will
issue an order by the end of
March.
The case is
Brueckner v. You Can Beam LLC,
20-cv-3323 (Rakoff)
