SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 8 – Adam Lambert
was charged with being a felon
in possession of a firearm, to
wit, a .380-caliber Ruger
semi-automatic
pistol.
On June 8, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Lambert had contested how it
was indicted, by a grand jury
in less diverse White Plains
and not in Manhattan, amid
COVID. But those challenges
have been denied.
Now Lambert
pled guilty to Count One.
Judge Abrams set his
sentencing for September 23.
The case is
US v. Lambert, 20-cr-469
(Abrams)
