SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 7 – Darrin Sher was
assaulted by police on
Broadway and 40th Street on
May 27, 2018. He
sued.
On November 5 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it. The
plaintiff's lawyer mentioned
"choke hold."
Judge Cote
asked for a letter by November
12 on why amendments were not
made in the time frame set by
the Section 1983 Plan.
