but did not get paid. It
sued.
On January 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
International
Paper Solutions' counsel until
now, Mark Herman, was allowed
to withdraw - but was directed
to inform International Paper
Solutions that it cannot
proceed pro se and must hire
other counsel, or default.
