SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 9 – Howard Patterson is on
supervised release in a bank
fraud / mail fraud
case.
On February
9, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
There was
discussion of on again, off
again drug treatment, and of
marijuana. The defendant was
arraigned on Specifications
1-4 of a violation memo dated
January 27 (not in the docket)
and denied all allegations.
A next conference
was set for March 12.
The case is US v.
