SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 24 –
After a long litigation that
began in 2012, Ferring B.V.
this year moved for sanctions
against Serenity
Pharmaceuticals and its
counsel for having
"unreasonably and vexatiously
multiplied the
proceedings."
On August 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge P.
Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Castel
asked many questions; he'd
presided over the case. At the
end, he denied the motion for
sanctions; he directed the
Clerk to terminate the motion
and close the case.
It is
Ferring B.V. et al v. Allergan
Inc. et al., 12-cv-2650
(Castel)
