SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 31 – Reginald Latimore
is charged with selling
cocaine for $32,000 a
kilo.
On March
31, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul A. Engelmayer
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Engelmayer apologized to
Latimore for how difficult it
has been to be imprisoned
during the COVID pandemic.
He said he will
take it into account at
sentencing, which is set for
June 23.
The case is US v.
Latimore, 20-cr-697
(Engelmayer)
