SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 4 – Erik Ciriaco is
charged with attempted
possession of narcotics with
intent to
distribute.
On August 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Ramos
asked how much of the money
had been counterfeit and was
instead told how much was
real: $490.
He excluded
Speedy Trial Act time until
the next proceeding, on
October 8.
The case is US v.
Ciriaco, 21-cr-450 (Ramos)
