SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 30 – Gary Tatintsian sued
Mikhail Vorotyntsev for
inducing him to buy stock of
Shoplink. Five years later,
lawyers are running for the
exits.
On
January 29, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods
granted motions by the
defendant's lawyers to
withdraw.
He gave a 30 day
stay to find other counsel,
for the corporate defendants.
One of the participants said,
literally, that the case and
orders in it had made him
sick.
The case is
Tatintsian et al v.
Vorotyntsev et al., 16-cv-7203
(Woods)
