SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 30 – Favorite
Healthcare Staffing, Inc. sued
NYC Health and Hospitals
Corporation for breach of an
employment agency service
contract for temporary health
care professional
services.
On August 30 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge P.
Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
NYC's
Corporation Counsel has been
served, the docket indicated.
But they have not responded.
Judge Castel inquired into the
status of moving for default.
He gave the
plaintiff 30 days to file a
motion for default judgment,
and how to serve it.
The case is
