SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 18 – Craig Cunningham
lives in Plano, Texas and he
gets unsolicited telephone
calls. Lots of them,
apparently. So he sues.
On February 18
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Cunningham, who
is proceeding pro se, was
asked if he would like to
register to file
electronically.
He said he does
so in a number of other
Federal districts. How many
unsolicited calls is he
getting? More than other
people?
He agreed,
and also to serve the
defendant by email.
