SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 9 –
Bravia Capital Partners sued
Hong Kong Bohai Leasing Asset
Management Corp. Limited for
non-payment under an
agreement.
On November 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Jesse M. Furman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Counsel
had accused each other of, in
essence, lying. Judge Furman
did not take kindly to it.
A new word,
"misconstrued," was used. The
allegation of the cynical use
of an interpreter still hangs
in the air, or footnotes.
The
discovery process was, it
seems, put back on track.
The case is
Bravia Capital Partners, Inc.
v. Hong Kong Bohai Leasing
Asset Management Corp. Limited
et al., 20-cv-2543 (Furman)
