SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 11 – Rolando Heredia is
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, two 9mm
rounds.
On
August 11, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Edgardo Ramos
held an in-person proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Heredia
has been in custody; in the
courtroom were U.S. Marshals.
Judge Ramos ran through the
change of plea script.

attorney, who recently lose a
trial in one of the three
large 40 Foley Square
courtrooms, all locked on the
afternoon of August 11.
