SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 29 – Aegis Capital Corp.
sued Jupiter Wellness, Inc.
for breach of contract about
an Underwriting Agreement. The

sought.
On June

for the Southern District of
New York Judge Vernon S.
Broderick held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Jupiter replied
that money damages would
remedy all alleged harms.
Judge Broderick agreed, and
call other asserts harms
speculative.
He acknowledged
that the parties had worked
quickly on the briefing; he
denied the request for
injunctive relief.
The case is Aegis
Capital Corp. v. Jupiter
Wellness, Inc., 22-cv-5303
