SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 20 – ZURU
(Singapore) PTE., Ltd owns a
trademark Bunch O Balloons,
and is suing for misuse of it.
Repeatedly.
On December
15, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Denise L. Cote held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Most of
the defendant had not shown up
and will default. But one Yong
Chen gamely showed up, saying
he represents Defendant 8,
AlisaZoe, and 51, Zhouzimo.
Judge Cote gave him a week to
answer or face default.
