SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 15 – Joshua Perry was a
high official of Floss Bar
when he got fired. He
sued.
On August 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Perry's
lawyer said he has gotten
sick, and wanted two months
for his client to find another
lawyer.
Judge Ramos
expressed sympathy and gave a
month - after which, if no
replacement lawyer files a
notice of appearance, Perry
will have to proceed pro se.
The case is Perry
