SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 21 – Saudia Sinclair is
charged with defrauding the
U.S. Section 8 housing
program, not reporting her
income from a hospital in
Manhattan and a counseling
center in Brooklyn.
On
July 21, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Valerie E.
Caproni held an arraignment.
Inner City Press covered

Sinclair pleaded not guilty.
Judge Caproni
said pre-trial motions are due
October 15 with another
conference scheduled for
December 2. She explained that
her trial schedule is still
not under her control.
