On January 7, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Denise L. Cote held an initial
pre-trial conference. Inner

Fact discovery is
to be completed by May 7,
2022; motions for summary
judgment, if any, are due 60
days after the end of expert
discovery.
