Feb 1 – A wall collapsed at
2846 Webster Avenue in The
Bronx and now
Indianapolis-based Great
Northern Insurance Company is
being
sued.
On February 1, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Cronan said fact discovery
should be completed by June
29, and that the parties have
yet determine whether to
request a jury trial.
The case is
